The candidate submits resume to the e-mail provided where it will be reviewed by management. If the candidate’s skill set is a fit for Titan Factory Direct, he/she will be contacted for an interview. At the time of the interview, the candidate will fill out an application. If the initial interview indicates a possible match for the position, a second interview will be scheduled. If offer is made, the candidate is hired contingent on a clean criminal background check and drug screen..

No, not every applicant is asked to interview.
